Reports and student details

Single-report inputs and drafts stay in the open page. Copy them before closing or refreshing. Batch student details, unfinished entries, generated reports and edits are saved automatically in this browser so you can return later. Browser drafts are separate from account storage. Choosing Save to class uploads the current report and student first name to your account, so you can open it on other devices in My classes & reports. Original rating inputs, AI conversations and edit history are not uploaded by that action. Saved reports expire 12 months after their last save and are removed from live storage by daily cleanup. Class labels and first-name student records remain until you delete the student, class or account. Named report tabs remain with the class until the class or account is deleted. Reports also store their tab, a school year and a report label to organise each student history. Delete all reports clears reports while keeping the student roster. Saving uses no AI credits. Use Clear batch to remove the current batch from this browser. Browser data can also be removed through your browser settings; private browsing or blocked storage may prevent saving.

Generation and editing send the report context to the AI service. The first name entered in the form is replaced before this request and restored locally in the result. Other notes can still identify a student: leave out surnames, contact details, medical information and other sensitive information.

Templates

Custom templates are saved in this browser and, when signed in, synced to your account. New templates are private. Choosing to share makes the template's instructions, examples and author identity publicly readable. Templates must not contain student information.

Use the Template Manager to export or delete individual templates. Browser copies can remain after a cloud deletion on another device, so check each device you use.

Shared computers

The browser remembers your sign-in session, theme, language, local templates and a usage display counter. Signing out resets the app's current template cache, but may leave preferences and other site data. Export anything you need, sign out, then use your browser's site-data settings to clear data for aireportwriter.app before another person uses the computer.

Your account

Deleting your account from My profile & settings removes the account and its linked cloud profile, templates, classes, student records, saved reports, support messages and usage records. It does not clear downloads, browser copies, provider backups or recipients' copies of public templates. Deleting a class removes its student records and live saved reports; Clear batch only clears the browser batch. See the Privacy Policy for provider processing and your rights.
