Project operator
AI Report Writer is an independent educational project operated by Stuart Scott, based in Valencia, Spain. It is currently free and is not presented as a registered company or school service. Contact: support@aireportwriter.app. You do not need an account to contact the operator.
The service and your account
The tool helps educators draft report comments. It is not a school records system, an assessment authority or a substitute for professional judgement. Sign-in is required for AI generation and editing. Keep your account credentials private.
Free account and allowance
The project is currently free, with no payment details required. The standard teacher account has 50 credits per monthly account cycle, based on the date the account was created. Reports, improvement strategies and AI edits each use one credit. An additional report quality pass is included in that report?s credit. Check your allowance and renewal dates in Usage report.
Usage safeguards may temporarily pause generation. Failed generation normally returns its reserved credit. Any future paid service would have separate, clearly disclosed prices and conditions before you agree to pay. Creating an account does not authorise future charges.
Review every draft
AI can produce inaccurate, biased or unsuitable text. Review and correct every draft before using it. You are responsible for the accuracy, fairness and suitability of comments, and for your school?s approval to use external AI tools. Do not use this tool to make automated grading, placement, admission or other consequential decisions.
Student privacy
Use only the minimum, non-identifying classroom context needed. Do not include surnames, contact details, identification numbers, medical information, disability diagnoses, family circumstances or other sensitive information. The form?s first name is replaced before AI requests and restored locally, but identifying notes are not made anonymous by that feature. Read the Privacy Policy before using the service.
Templates and sharing
Only save or share material you have permission to use. Public sharing makes the template?s content, instructions, examples and displayed author identity readable and copyable by others. Never put student information in templates or support messages. Deleting or unsharing your original cannot recall copies other people have already saved.
Responsible use
Do not bypass security or usage limits, impersonate others, publish harmful content or interfere with the service. Accounts or content may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, with an explanation and a way to contact the operator where appropriate.
Availability and your rights
This personal project is maintained on a best-effort basis and may change or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of work you need. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Significant changes will be brought to users? attention and shown with an updated date.
